solutions - wet chemistry is what we do!This unit covers a lot of things, all at once. You need to remember some atomic structure and bonding to think about the how and why of substances dissolving. You need to do a bunch of math to analyze the concentration of the solute in the solvent in different ways. You need to know which concentration calculation is appropriate for each situation. You need to be able to rationalize the impacts of changing conditions on the solutions.
